Making it stick

hello, I'm Tbswidow and I have joined to hopefully finally make weight loss & fitness finally stick. I have tried over & over and I'm hoping that with the support from this site & the tools it offers will help me to achieve my goals. I am 48 and have struggled with weight my whole life. I recently returned to the gym going 4-5 days a week for the last month. My real problem is eating properly. Thanks for reading this.:flowerforyou: Tbswidow
