Pulse FT7, high calorie counts?

Opinions: I feel like my calories burned via my Pulse FT7 are rather high. 45 minutes of weight lifting got me 345 calories burned. 35 minute of interval running killed 420 calories.

I know my heart rate skyrockets when I workout but... really? I don't want to overeat but I don't want to under-eat either. I'm having a hard time because I'm not hungry (for the first time in my life :p) but this morning I had to split my workout into morning/evening because I got light headed and woozy. Yes, I ate. Peanut butter (homemade), banana, and my bread (very hearty).

SO: Is this a high count?

Background (I don't know if it helps, but here are some stats):
My resting heart rate is 60bpm
My high activity heart rate is 185 bpm
weight lifting gets me me into 180, but averages around 130
5"5'
131 lbs
waist 25"
hips 38"

Pulse FT7? do you mean a Polar FT7?

If so, those numbers seem about right.. but you have to remember that HRM's are not really that accurate for weight lifting since your heart rate goes up and down so much doing it.

Lol, it's all good. I was like Pulse FT7... I've never ever heard of that brand!

I don't do interval running but I do an interval program on the elliptical and thats where my numbers are around.. so it's not un reasonable. The higher your heart rate, the more calories you are going to burn.
