10 Week Boot Camp Results (w/ pics)

So I came across a Groupon in May and couldn't pass up the deal to try out a 10 week boot camp. I wanted to shed a few pounds before our upcoming trip in August to Hawaii, and figured I could probably do this here. I was amazed at the results and help I got at Peak Body Transformation. They helped with nutrition as well as exercise and I made a lifestyle change instead of just a temporary weight loss. I was blessed to have been voted as the best overall transformation one night before my 38th birthday, as I saw how many people in our group had changed their lives as well. I now get to start 38 at the weight I was at 18. I cringe when I look at my before picture, but I have faith that I'll never be back there again.

    Wow you did fantastic! Awesome results. I've been doing a bootcamp for 2 months and I'm so happy I did it to jumpstart this new lifestyle. I've lost 29.75 inches because of it and I'm a heck of a lot stronger than I was before.

    Thanks for all the congratulatory remarks. I posted this because during my 10 weeks I logged in here often to get encouragement from other success stories. In 10 weeks, I'm further than I ever imagined. I plan on continuing for as long as my body allows.
