    My plan was to get 5 in today to make up over the weekend.. but 3 it was! I'll have to kick it up for the rest of the month to meet my goal though.. Eeep!

    Does anybody else know of a video with the light hand weights? I am about sick to death of the 5 day walk (#2 with weights)

    I have the 5 mile advanced walk and one of the miles uses hand weights. It may be the same though, she uses some miles on several different DVD's.

    The 3 Mile Weight loss Walk uses hand weights on two of the miles according to a review on amazon.com.

    Walk away the Pounds: Super Fat Burner also uses weights.

    I incorporate 5lb hand weights with all of the walkouts when I want a bigger calorie burn. also, try a weight vest :)

    Sorry I have been slacking lately. Both with walking and with keep up on the spreadsheet. Here is the update though.

    I've walked 4 more miles, bringing my total to a lowly 11 miles. 49 more miles to go in the last 3 weeks.
