Hi everyone. I have been using the app for fitness pal on my phone several months ago, but I have not been faithful with my journaling . Therefore my results have not been what I need and want them to be. I have never browsed or posted on the message boards, but felt prompted to do so tonight to seek support. As there is always strength in numbers I am very interested in joining a support group for challenges, encouragement and accountablity. The ones I see posted are all "closed". Does anyone know of any developing groups ? Thanks for your help.

Welcome to MFP and good luck on your weight loss journey! when I first started I would just look for people with the same stats as mine and became friends with them and got support through them and after a bit you will start getting more and more support, it dont take long0
