Hi...
So far I have been doin pretty well...in the sense I have lost 7lbs in a months tym... But Im afraid Im eatin a lil too low n might enter the starvation mode..

I m eating arnd 300cals lesser dan I'm advised by MFP...Dats been happenin for about 2 weeks now..

When u say eat nuts for snacks, which nuts do u mean?
I think of all dry fruits: Cashew nuts ( heaty stuff, gives me pimples :embarassed: )
Walnuts( Oily!! I hate dem:indifferent: )
Raisins, Apricots, Figs, Pistachios..... I love these...

n when u say a 'handful' do u really mean it?? Isnt dat being too liberal?:ohwell:

N if I want to jus add up calories, can I have a chocolate o Pastry??

I want to keep outof the starvation mode n continue losing weight d wayI currently am..

I know figs are pretty low cal so a "handful" wouldn't be a problem. Almonds are pretty good too! Haveabout 24 of them and that one serving. I usually have 12 or 24 depends if I'm really hungry or not

read the package, a serving size will be indicated. I eat Almonds because they are crunchy and not oily. Also the fat it contains is good fat. I eat 24 almonds, which is 170 cals i think

    Dates and figs are good

i get organic peanut butter with no sugar. it is really tasty...again read the side for serving size.

I buy the 100 calorie almond packs to keep with me when I am on the road - it's a great snack and I know how much I ate.

I would read the serving size information on the back of the bag. That will tell you how much is in a serving, and then you can gage how much you should be eating!

Bananas aren't fatty... no fruits are. But they can be pretty high in calories and sugar. That doesn't mean you should eat them, but it does mean you shouldn't eat them excessively. Have it if your calories allow for it, otherwise only have half. :flowerforyou:
