    (4 mile run--4 mile walk) Working on getting my running miles up....LOVE the C25K app...I absolutely love running!!!! Never have felt so good :)

    2.25 mile run/walk this morning. I've been hiatus for a few days because me knee felt a little weird, but it felt great today! I've got to make up some ground tomorrow though - I'm a little behind if I want to make my goal!

    I would love to join this challenge. I run and cycle, and have already got a few kilometers under my belt. I average about 15km of running a week, so I will go for 75km to really push myself. I have done 29km so far and I have a 10K race on Tuesday.

    Went to Six Flags today with my pedometer on. Walked at least 5 miles. Decided to up my goal to 35 since I'm almost at my goal.

    Woo Hoo! Over halfway there! And as a side benefit of getting out and doing it faithfully every day, my cruising speed on flat ground has increased. Just biking comfortably with no muscle burn or getting out of breath, I run 15 to 16 mph. Up from about 13 to 14.
