You know those little hand held weights you can buy at Target or wherever from the fitness aisle? I have lost 12 lbs so far on MFP. Today I picked up a 10 lb weight in one hand and a 2 lb weight in the other, and was like "holy mother this feels like a lot" I gave it to my daughter and said "this is how much weight has come off my *kitten* since I started!" Ofcourse, she looked at me like I was nuts, but that's ok because to think most of that weight came from my big huge giant belly is amazing to me, so far. Gotta keep on keepin on!

very nice. My 4 year old son weighs 35ish pounds. I remember when I hit the 35 pound loss mark and thinking about how much extra weight that was to carry around.0

Sometimes I think how can the bones take all that extra weight without damage?
Then I think about my sore knees and feet and yup, there's the damage!:ohwell:0
