Game/exercise on the Wii

I've got a Wii with 4 controlers and 2 nunchucks. What game would you recommend that would be exercise? A dance one? I want something fun and even an older one would be fine by me--used is good. Being able to compete with my kids would make me more likely to keep it up so there could be stakes on it, like loser cleans the kitchen
I don't want to buy any equipment for it.
Any suggestions?

Actually, there are 3 series to the Wii Active games. There is Wii Active, Wii More Active, and Wii Active 2. Yes, there is squats and lunges. There are also - depending on the game - tennis (forehand, backhand and overhead), there is water skiing, running, jogging, kickups, high knees, there is also volleyball, step aerobics, dance - tons of different activities, depending on the game.
I have all 3 and enjoy the wii active 2 the most. They incorporated warm ups and cool downs with the Wii Active 2, which they didn't have with the first two games. The wii active 2 also has a HR monitor and leg sensor, so you don't have to have the band on your leg, or put the nuncheck in your pocket (you don't need the nunchuck with the wii active 2). It's iffy whether the HR monitor is very accurate. i vote No. I've also found with the Active 2, jump ropes and mountain climbers don't register every movement, so you end up doing MORE than you should. Not a big deal. Also, in the wii active 2, there are ab workouts - which the other 2 games didn't have, if I remember right. Leg flutters, reverse crunches, cruches with punches - and a couple more. I like the boxing/sparring on the Wii More active because the targets move faster. In the wii active 2, it just seems to move a little slower.
I would say, if you can, try them before you buy them at a video/game store. You have an option with all three to use the balance boad or not. I REALLY enjoy the step aerobics, but with my own step rather than the balance board. More of a challenge.
With all of the wii active series, you can create your own workout - or do a trainer generated workout. I like to create my own doing the excercise I like, but mixing it up for cardio, upper body, lower body and strength.
Wii active 2 has also incorporated a USB drive with the game, so you can go online and check your stats - and join other fitness groups. They have a website - http://www.easportsactiveonline.com/ I have not been disappointed with the active series. It's a great winter time calorie burner!0 -
Thanks for all that, its what I needed to know. I think I'm going to check the RedBox today and see if its in there for a trial run then hope its in the used bin at Game Stop if I like it.0
