Well, I have to say that I haven't been on much. I'll come on and read, but haven't logged my food in months. I started to the other day, and didn't finish. Then today going through my emai I get an email from MFP giving me a little nudge and support to get back on there and track my food.
That was kind of nice. Maybe something I needed to stay on track. Haven't gained, but haven't lost either. So I guess I gave my body a little time to adjust, now I have to jump start it again to lose the last 15.

I am on my last 13 myself!! hehehe!!
It WAS lucky 13 a couple weeks ago but now that I have been at a plateau, it has turned to unlucky 13! :laugh: :grumble:

I don't know how you keep losing the way you do? It's been hard. The scale just keeps going up and down within 2 pounds for the last 3 months.
I use to be obsessed with this site, then died down for awhile and have been a facebook addict for awhile. I haven't been that bad, but with the help of some new friends who like to go out and eat and drink, it's not helping. My knee was bothering me about 3 weeks ago, so I hadn't gone to the gym, but got my new roboleg knee brace last week, so I'm back. Hopefully, the break and now start at the gym again will give me a boost again. I'm tired of seeing 154. I just want to see the 40's and then really start toning big time.0
