I'm just curious, how long did it take you to start noticing changes in your body from all your hard work???

The pictures showed me that in about 15/20lbs it was noticeable, but it took me about 30/35 to see it myself.
I started noticing that I could walk farther, work out harder after about 6 weeks.
I've been doing this a year now and after 71lbs lost I can't believe how far I've come and I remember thinking that I would NEVER get here.0 -
I've been doing cardio almost daily for about a month. Last night, my husband and I were walking somewhere in a hurry. He had trouble keeping up with me! Amazing, since he is 6'4 and walks super fast most of the time!0

I notice it at on my legs, but and stomachabout 5kg (11pds?) but it takes other longer for others to notice!0

I guess I'm meaning how long as in what timeframe? Did you start noticing after like a month, 2 months? Thats awesome for the changes youve seen!! Ive been dedicated to this for a few weeks now and I've noticed more energy in myself! It's exciting to me!0
