Considering 1200 calories is insanely low even for most females I cannot understand why you would eat below that as well. That is more or less the minimum you need to keep your body running optimally without destroying your metabolism if you were incredibly light already. If anything make sure you eat AT LEAST 1200 calories a day if not another 200 calories more0

definetly eat at least 1200...on the days you have oatmeal add a orange.......add some fruit on and I think you will find it easy to get the 1200 in, also almonds are good also as a snack.0

I would watch some of the things that are going in ur diary. some things the nutritional info is incomplete...like the plum wine....and I would also open up your sodium count in your diary.0

If what you are having is not listed, Google the nutrition information for the item and then add an entry to the database. Then, not only will it keep you accountable, but when someone else is looking for it in the database, it will be there.0

Hi,
As far as 1200 calories a day is concerned, take a look through this great post:
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/6556-the-answers-to-the-questions
as well as the other "pinned" posts at: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/9-general-diet-and-weight-loss-help
Once you're eating the right number of calories to support your body AND create a reasonable calorie deficit, I think you're going to be really happy with how things go.
Best wishes!0 -
that post is great. thanks.0
