Just finished Insanity, so I thought I'd put myself out there with all the rest of you brave souls and post some "before" and "after" pics. Be kind! lol Not sure if the pics will show up, but the links should work. :)

    wow great job, yep i can see the muscle tone in you tummy, arms and face are slimmer as well. way to go!
