Should you exercise when you have just started that dreaded TOM? I feel really crappy ; bloated, that sick feeling and generally uncomfortable. I use sports active 2 so it involves a lot of jumping and running. I also don't want to miss a day cause then I feel I've let myself down

Just try your best to push through it. I know it sucks with the cramping and bloating and all that, but it can actually help relieve symptoms0

I really hope so! I'll give it my best x0

I find a bit of gentle exercise actually makes me feel better; I'm not suggesting 4 hours in the gym, but a brisk walk definitely has benefits. Good Luck0

Good luck... I know it sucks! Guys have it so easy haha. They also don't have to buy annoyingly expensive things like sports bras - its a mans world lol0

I make my guy friends buy me things like that...0

Haha very true! They have it all too easy! They don't know how lucky they all are. I'll see how long I can go for. Turning it on now... x0

Because exercise releases endorphines, you will feel better afterwards. So make sure you drink your water, eat your carbs/proteins, and take some pain relievers afterwards for the cramps; otherwise in the immortal words of my best friend, "Suck it up cupcake! Get out there and just do it!"0

Pain killers were taken a while ago. Wish they would hurry and do what they promise to! Only thing keeping me going is fitting into my jeggings without the muffin top! Haha
Going to listen to music rather than the instructor. She says the same thing every day and she's not really motivating! Here I go...0
