Today's challenge is: Crunches
Let's see if we can do 125.
Let's shoot for 125 this week but the catch is, I want everyone to do those 125 the hardest way they can. There are many different ways to do crunches so I will leave it up to you choose the hardest method.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 125 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Done. I am glad to see so many badges from the August challenge at this site as well. We will be one mean, lean, hot (had to add it) bunch after the month is out.0

Can I do them on my gym ball? I've always struggled to do crunches. Besides, I will be exercising as I blow up the gym ball so it's a double whammy0

all done and dusted..with the ab wheel this time I pushed the distance more and did it in 20's0

I got mine done. I did double bicycle style crunches. Touch each knee with the oposite elbow counts as one. so technically I did 250,

I got mine done last night. 50 regulars, 50 side, and 25 reverse! My abs were killing me!0
