Bad week-new start

I had a really bad week last week-I had to go out for seveal meals and it was my boyfriends birthday-all these things added up to a bad week on the scales.
I am feeling really focused today, so hopefully I will get the flow back this week.

Does anyone have any good kick starting tips?

I'm currently healing from an injury (bad skydiving landing-torn ligaments on my knee) and can't really do any excercise-which is how I'd usually pick things up again. I'm hoping to go for a long walk tonight to fight off the bad food cravings and work my knee a bit.

I just feel the need to confess on here-it's all to easy for me to pretend that it hasn't happened and comfort eat my way through another week.

Have a good week everyone. :)

Sometimes we have a bad weekend, but important is to learn from it :-) If you can't workout, because of your injuries, a walk might be the best exercise option and the best of it is that you enjoy the nature and burn calories :-)

I've been the same for the last three weeks! Partner's 30th, holiday to the coast, lots of social events with friends I don't often see...

It's extreme but I'm going on a liquid diet/fast thing for the next 5-7 days to kick start myself. Soups, water, teas, fruit and veg juices. It's more to kick my disciplined mentality back off than anything else though. I need to dive in at the deep end and really push myself or I just know I'll slip into being naughty again easily.

I wish I could do things like that-I need my food-I go crazy without a good old chew.
    Best of luck. xx
