Good morning everybody! I'm new to MFP - my wife joined a few weeks ago and encouraged me to join up to participate in the August Challenge. Any encouragement would be greatly appreciated to undo years of perfecting being a couch potato and pigging out while watching football games. We can support each other!

    I love that you and your wife are doing this together. Makes it so much easier to cook and shop for food.
