Suggestions

I started in January at 160 pounds. I am now 137, so I've lost 23 pounds. The thing is, the weight loss has been SOOOOO slow. I am currently doing Insanity and eating between 1400-1500 calories, sometimes more sometimes less. Anyway, my diary is open and I am open for discussion. Am I doing anything wrong?? I love those fiber one brownies. lol They keep my chocolate craving in check. Oh, and my ideal weight is 130, so 7 pounds to go.

    I don't see too many fruits and veggies in your diet. Whole foods is key. I personally eat anywhere from 2-4 pieces of fruit each day and I have a salad each day too, sometimes 2 salads a day. Don't worry if fruit throws off your sugar, the sugar in fruit doesn't count, or at least you should treat it that way. Sugar is highly fiberous and counters the sugar. I'm not talking fruit juice, just fruit itself. You'll thank me later if you make these 2 simple changes. Nice work!

    Thanks! I have been trying to eat more fruit. I mainly just eat bananas. The problem is that I eat organic and it's hard to find here. So, if I can't find it, I don't eat it. I grow a lot of veggies in my garden and eat those. I will have to try to find some organic frozen fruits and eat those. I guess I have been terrified of the sugar in them, too. But I know that fruits are good for you. Thanks for the help!!
