Best way to slim down Thighs/Hips

Hi guys,

As the title says really, i've suddenly noticed (think i've been in denial!) that I really need to slim down my hips and thighs, waist etc...what exercise works best for this area of the body? What is everyone else doing?

I currently do Aerobics (monday night), Zumba (wednesday night), daily walking, running around with my son and will start back on my daily exercise dvd's..

    Make sure you are taking measurements. You are probably slimming them down but since it's not a fast thing it isn't obvious to you.

    Hips here for me, so any thoughts on how to get rid of those "love handles" would be much appreciated!! :smile:

    a lot of people on here are going to tell you that "you can't spot reduce a problem area" and i totally disagree with that - doing leg lifts (back and side), plies, and plank jacks slimmed down my hips + thighs plenty. good luck!
