yeah, they're really NOT that bad...I keep one on hand in case I JUST don't want to cook, and my hubby wants something hot. I eat them with no tortilla, just on top of some romaine with some sour cream.

i almost bought those, actually, but i had to say no bc the serving size seemed too small for my piggy-appetite lol

let me know if it's worth eating multiple servings of them!

im with him, 1/3 cup isnt bad but i dont know anyone that would only eat 1/3 cup, including myself....i would end up skipping the tortilla and just eatin half the bag lol, i wouldnt recomend that item, but if you can eat just a third cup more power to ya.

The problem is that 1/3 of a cup is REALLY small. That would fill up a toddler but not an adult. I would probably eat a cup, so multiply by three. That still makes it reasonable at 240 calories and 6 grams of fat, however now the sodium is like 1400. YIKES.

I absolutely love those things...I usually do 2/3 cup on a lowfat high carb tortilla for dinner with fat free sour cream. I add a small salad and a tablespoon of low fat gv buttermilk ranch and corn, green beans, broccoli or sauteed squash and onions (no oil added)!!! Love it!! All for a little over 300 calories.
