Do I make myself eat?

I know I'm supposed to eat throughout the day to keep my metabolism going. I'm trying to eat 3 decent sized meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with 2 smaller snacks. Right now it's been 3 hours since my breakfast and about 3 hours until lunch, but I'm not hungry. Was planning on having an orange and protein shake. Do I make myself eat??

Yes! Don't skip meals. If you're not hungry, just eat something small. hand full of walnuts, an apple or orange, a cubic inch of cheese. It helps keep my metabolism up and I avoid bingeing later on. Good luck!0

Its worse to *wait* until you are hungry because that is when most people over eat. If you continually keep your body full and fueled it will never get to hungry reducing binging. Even if you're not "hungry", some fruit, veggies, nuts or yogurt are great to keep the body fueled, metabolism up and body energized.0
