Starting MyFItnessPal for the 2nd time

Hi, I am starting all over again. I did pretty good the first time doing this but life happens and it affected me. I am one who needs constant motivation so it is really hard to continue things for longer than 2 months. I have two little girls and I must set the example. I have just became a SAHM and am hoping this will help and not hinder me. I have celiac disease so any awesome recipes that are gluten free, please pass to me.
