Almond Breeze

I was told you can use Almond Breeze (choc.) freeze it to make Fudgecycles. 1 cup=45 calories. Has anyone tried this?

    My almond breeze has frozen in the fridge sometimes and I think when it is icy is tastes a bit chalky. just my opinion, though :wink:
