Hi PInk & Everybody! Can I join in? I was away at the beginning of the month, and seriously need your help to get rid of this holiday weight!

Hi Everyone, Unfortunately I will be leaving the challenge and MFP (for now at least) I have been diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis (basically inflamed bowels covered in ulcers (and I mean covered - wasnt nice to see) and being on the UC forum I have been advised to not try and lost weight as it is possible I may lose a scary amount anyway with the medication Im on (some of the people I have spoken to on there have lost 42lbs in a short time). So just wanted tot hankyou all for your support, help and advice throughout this journey and I wish you all the best of luck through yours and reaching your goals xx

Sorry I have been MIA but I've been caught up in a major funk and I'm trying not to give up. I am currently back up to 160 lbs. I doubt very much I'll be able to reach my goal, but if I can just get back to where I started I'd be happy.

GAH! I hate yo-yo'ing! It's my own fault though, I do well with my exercise then ruin it bingeing on rubbish. Going to try and have a good weekend and get seriously on it - I wanted to be under 11stone for a wedding I'm going to on Thursday - that's only 1 measley pound!!! I hope I can do it!!

Scale is still hating my guts right now but I'm slowly losing inches and seeing some muscle definition popping out in places that have been lying dormant for YEARS so not too worried but gonna try my best to work it the hell out this month - good luck DROPPERS!!! 156.4lbs0

Extremely happy with a loss this week! Haven't been to the gym in a while. Focusing on studying for an exam that I have on the 29th. Can't wait for that to be over, get back in the gym and lose my final 1.5 pounds!
