My name is Kristen. I'm a college student and I really just want to get into a more healthy lifestyle... back when I weighed my low weight I was doing rowing everyday and eating relatively healthy. It's more of a lifestyle change than a "goal weight" for me... I drink too much soda and eat too many unhealthy foods. I just feel so gross! I'm so happy I found this community for encouragement =]
