Just started MFP last week and have noticed that tracking my foods (ALL of them) has me really concentrating on what my intake is. Before MFP, I would eat constantly throughout the day, thinking little snacks here and there wouldn't make a difference. I'm also exercising more often, eager to get those minutes in the exercise portion of the daily log. Hopefully this is the mechanism that assists me towards getting to the weight I want to achieve.
