I am new here but have been using MFP for months to help me lose weight. I am gaining and losing since I started to lose weight in January . I started at 153 and got down to 136 and am now back up to 143.6. I am in need of new friends who share the same health goals as me. I am 33 with a daughter who is 10. I gained most of my weight after I gave birth and has been an up and down with weight since. I did start at 186 and got down to 135 but sincemy intial weight loss I have bounced from 130-150. I just want to get and stay at my goal which is 125. I love to workout my downfall is eating! Hope to make some new friends here so we can keep each other motiviated

My downfall is food as well!! I will go bust my butt at the gym and then pull a candy bar out of my gym bag! haha But you can do it! and MFP will give the support you need!0

lol thats me too I just worked out for 2 hours and ate peanut M&M's. Lucky for me though there was only 7 left.0
