Just a little NSR (well, maybe a little scale related ) shout out! Only 5 weeks in with MFP & what a difference in my attitude! Over the past year I had become completely lazy, doing VERY little to no exercise! So here's the shout out... I started keeping track of my walking exercise on runkeeper.com during the month of July. I logged in 52.6 miles, 898 minutes and used 4,952 calories for the month! woohoo! (& lost 11ish lbs in the process!) :bigsmile: Thanks to MFP for helping me to "get back on track"!!!
