    Thank you all for welcoming me... I could really use the support of others to get through this... I am getting a bit discouraged as I have been working out almost daily and have cut back on what I eat for 2 weeks now and have nothing to show for it... I'm not sure what's going on... so I joined for the support, and so I could keep track of what I'm eating... as that seems to be the problem, at least I think it is.... maybe since I am working out so much, I'm not eating enough... I don't know, I guess we willl see how it goes... Thanks again for welcoming me.
