Raw Eating

I'm going to venture into this type of eating. Does anyone here currently eat this way? How do you like it? Any tips/pointers for a beginner? I'm hoping it will get me off my plateau and help me get the rest of these 20ish lbs off and create a new way of eating for me!

I did this for a while, had to go out and buy a dehydrator so I wouldn't just be eating the same fruits and veggies all the time. It is a very difficult lifestyle to stick with, some recipes can take days to make and sometimes you just want a hot meal, but for a short period of time this is a good one to really make you realize the energy you get from the food you eat. I recommend getting a recipe book or finding a recipe website. Oh and embrace lettuce wraps, mmmm I still remember those. Good Luck0

After seeing the recipe sites it looks like everything is basically fruits and vegetables. I was thinking about tons of raw meats. Never mind and good luck.0

Just thinking about it makes me gag. I think you just gave me a new way of getting rid of my appetite and loosing weight! LOL
wow how inappropriate and completely not helpful at all, why even bother posting, Troll. LOL see the LOL doesn't make it not rude.
This was a good way of eating, it really was but I don't recommend it long term unless you have money and time on your hands. A lot of preparation0 -
It's the name that threw me off. "Raw Eating" makes me think of tons of raw meats and that does make me gag thinking about it. Now that I've seen most of the recipe sites related to it I see that's it's mainly talking about fruits and vegetables so that actually doesn't sound too bad. :-PJust thinking about it makes me gag. I think you just gave me a new way of getting rid of my appetite and loosing weight! LOL
