This is the time where I want to do well it is just hard! I need to get some motivation! HElp me!

    I know what you mean! I have been there, you just have to keep your goals at the front of your mind and dont let temporary circumstances get in the way of that! :wink:

    change your ticker from pounds you need to loose, to your actual weight. Then everyone will know what you really weigh. Motivation!!
