---I CAN PRETTY MUCH EAT WHAT I WANT W/O WORRYING ALL THE TIME, WITH IN MODERATION!
---MY CLEAR SKIN, STRONG ARMS, ENDURANCE, GREAT SLEEP, AMAZING ENERGY LEVELS, RACE COMPLETIONS, MENTAL HEALTH, FLAT TUMMY, ...LIST IS VERY LONG

---SPRINT INTERVALS-SHORT BUT HARD AS HECK
---INSANITY VIDEOS. TRY THEM, THEY ROCK

1. Motivation:
---seeing all those cool little lines of muscle definition on my body
---getting faster and faster
---the look on people's faces when I pick my 85 pound son up and take off running (I'm 5' tall and 108 pounds currently.)
---feeling more bad @ss every time I have to rack my weights.
2. Favorite exercises:
---weighted squats and lunges
---running for distance
---sprinting (which is different)
---ZUMBA (what's not to love about dancing, burning calories and getting toned?)
---anything with weights...Yep, it makes me feel like a bad @ss.0 -
I am - motivated by my beliefs; staying healthy for myself and my family; not getting older, but getting better; a strong mind and body; and all of you here on MFP.
My favorite exercises are: Wii Just Dance Summer Party; Leslie Sansone Walking; Wii Fit Plus strength and cardio; and Wii Sports in the summer. Cooler weather is walking and enjoying the outside.

I love your posts. i want more:)
i feed off of others motivations, and when they say things like Zumba,,,i really want to try, but am so uncoordinated, but now i want to.
(that was quite a run on sentence)
I also am motivated by butt kicking music, Kanye w. Rhianna, Gaga, JZ, LMFAO. all that hipppity hopness.

Zumba is great! No one in there (other than the instructor) is super coordinated. You'll get the hang of it 3 to 5 classes in.
Just do your best, and enjoy it!
