what would deer steak be under

my brothers cooking tonight and he's cooking deer steak but I don't know what tjat would be under.

    My husband hunts, so we eat that sometimes. It should be under Deer, I think there are 3 differrent options as far as cuts.

    Scratch that there are several different options.

    lots of entries for deer/venison on here. just gotta watch out for how its cooked. My favorite way, breaded, fried and covered in gravy kind of defeats my purpose on here, but once in a while I've just gotta have some!!!
    Right now I'm eating some mexican deer that I altered from chicken recipe.

    YUMMY venison!! YUMMY. If you have a dehydrator....its excellent jerky! Great snack!!
