EVERY DAY IN AUGUST........

I will either do a brisk 30 min. walk during lunch or a 30 - 50 min bike ride in the morning! If I miss a day....then the next day it is both!

Anybody else on board with this?

    Sounds like fun, off to walk in the mall right now!

    *go one month without ever watching TV.
    so every day in august, I will have my television OFF. :)

    I'm on board for excercise every day in August! I have really fallen out of the excercise & healthy eating habit - so a daily excercise goal will help my plan: either a 30 minute run (well really a jog) or jazzercise or calistenics / video workout.

  • When I started with MFP, I made a 30 day challenge for myself which I am just short of being 1 week in now.

    I will be doing at least 30 minutes of cardio every single day, for the next 30 days..... so yeah, I'm in!!!
  • I'll post my progress every week, probably on Mondays. I'll be looking for all of yours too!

    I am going to....
    1. Actually try and stick to my calorie limit :3 I guess it's not actually dieting if I'm only logging the healthy things that I eat.
    2. Go on a 30 min run each day, rain of shine! Since my dance class is making me sprint each week, might as well actually put some dedication into it.
    3. Practice popping each day -.- because I really, REALLY suck at it.

    We'll see how this goes :) considering I'm highly lacking in the dedication & determination department.
  • Okay, if anyone is checking in, I only missed exercise on one day, Sunday, so I'll double up today. A brisk 50 minute walk at lunch and a bike ride after dinner. Then if it is not too late, a forty minute workout with weights.

    I have not missed yet, going into my 3rd week of a 30 day personal challenge.
    30 days of at least 30 minutes of cardio...
    Accepting this challenge for August makes me extend it just a little longer.

  • Two weeks in and I forget to post! I did good last week, really only missed yesterday, so will double up today! It's going to be a good week!
