    Well, I did run a little. I did 30 min on the elliptical, then a 2 mile run on the TM (trying to limit my running every day, and ran 6 miles y'day, so that was my *compromise*. :laugh: ) And then cooled down w/ an 800 yd swim. :wink:

    I have a sick bambino today... couldn't take him to the gym daycare, so no run for me today. BUMMER! He seems to be doing better, though, so I'm crossing my fingers that I can go tomorrow. It's in the upper 60's here today and sunny, so I put him in the front carrier thing and walked the dog around the block.

    8.46 miles in the fog and cold. Great run! I get so excited on the days I run that I can hardly sleep.
