I've been at this for 2 1/2 months. i have lost 22 lbs. still need another 15 to reach goal. i usd MFP weight loss calculator and it put me at 1200 calories per day. i did great in the beginning, but now, I always feel tired. My BMR is about 1300 per day. I don't think i should go below 1200 calories, but I'm getting discouraged about not losing and I just feel like i want to eat, eat, eat!!
Any suggestions for re-motivating myself?
Should i increase calories for a few days, see how and I feel and adjust down again? Or should i go down again? Is that healthy?:indifferent:

definitly increase, and don't go below your bmr, that is why you stalled and have no energy.0

r u sure?
It's what was suggested by MFP.... i just re-set goals and te caloric intake is the same ... 12000 -
RV, I'm feeling the same way. Only I've been at this 5 MONTHS, and have only 12 lbs left to lose. I have no energy and really feel like skipping out a lot!
It sounds like you're at a plateau. Try increasing your cal alottment and keep a positive mental attitude.0 -

I think I will try to keep it between 1200 & 1300 calories per day and not stress about it. I will still exercise and who knows with the increased calories (assuming they are healthy) should help me keep to my exercise schedule. What's the difference between 0,9 calories lost per week or 0.7? Thank you, you've helped change my mind set. :flowerforyou:0
