gaining a healthy lifestyle!

hi im new! im 23 and looking to lose a stubborn 10 pounds... my boyfriend is going to jump on the weight loss bandwagon with me. we are both runners, but dont run often enough. we do go together sometimes which helps. we try to eat healthy, but it's the alcohol binge drinking on the weekends with lots of cookouts that get us. we also go out to eat pretty often. need to start changing what goes in our mouths and up the exercise! wish us luck! any advice will be well received :)
