I tried with my 8 lb weights...and there was no way I was going to survive! So I bought some 3 lb weights and am glad I did!0

I did the entire 30 days with a set of 5 pounders. I was wishing at first that I owned a set of 3 lbs (which is what I believe the ladies in the video are using), but I didn't, so I just went with it. In a few days, I was able to do everything with the 5's (only exception was the squats with v-ups in level 2) and was glad I hadn't wasted money on a set of lighter weights!
Me too, but my husband did it all with 5 pounds and still had a tough time finishing each level.0 -
I was planning on getting it either way... was just wondering since mostly women were answering lol.
I'll be surprised if I get through it entirely at first too...0
