Vacation Time!!

Hello! I just started this today. I'm 29 years old, a mother of 4 and will be married for 10 years on 8/25. We've been planning this trip for 2 years now and we are so excited. Going to Jamaica to a Sandals resort and i want to be in good shape. It's time to get serious about what i eat and how much of it i eat. Loving this website so far.
