about being fat is it takes less work to burn calories :laugh:
I gained back darn near all of the 50 I lost, but I must say I am kind of enjoying the fact that I don't have to work as hard at this weight to burn 400 at the gym as I did when I was thinner. And I didn't eat so well the past two weekends but I still lose 2 pounds.
Not a reason to stay overweight, but you've got to look for the silver lining I guess.
