slimy teeth while running?

Options
I notice when I run that my upper teeth start to feel slimy part way through. Does this happen to anyone else? Any suggestions to avoid it? Would brushing my teeth right before running help?

It may mean that you are getting thirsty? Drink more water?

    Good luck!

PS: My teeth don't get slimy but I always have to blow my noes more when I start to do any cardio exercise. Strange.

This made me LOL. I'm sorry, maybe excessive saliva is causing this?

Try brushing and see. Personally, I chew gum when I run, keeps the saliva flowing.

I drink probably 16 glasses of water a day, and I drink about 48 oz in the 90-120 mins prior to going for a run (I don't bring a water bottler with, I'm only out for 30-40 minutes). It feels like saliva. Maybe I'll try chewing gum, that sounds like it might work.
