I'm sure this has been asked a million times before, but what exercise option do you log it under?
P.S. I'm not after a "I use my HRM" answer !!

If you're using your weights during it, use circuit training. I'm sure you can store it as high impact aerobics or something of the sort.0

I put high impact aerobics. It's not exact, but I am comfortable with the calories burned MFP gives.0

I'm so confuzzled - I dont think that I would have burnt between 400 and 500 calories today (day1) on chest / back and ab ripper.
Maybe 300 ish ???0 -
You can adjust the calories yourself if you feel like it's wrong. If you don't change it, just don't eat all those calories back if you do consume them. :]0

Thanks alyssa, I have done the same - day 1 came out at around 237 calories, which I believe is much more accurate than the 499 calories it came out at originally lol xx0
