I am going to start doing a Pilates video every other night....should I track it as cardio or as strength training?

I'd consider pilates more as strength training... however, you'll want to enter it in the cardio section so that the site counts the calorie burn. If you search "mat pilates" in the cardio area it should come up with a base calorie burn.0
