Just wondering if anyone who has any idea roughly how many calories are burned doing an hour of basic Swedish massage... Gonna have a full day of doing massage on Saturday and I'd like to know how many calories I'm burning so I can make some effort to not be too low on my total calories for the day... Thanx.

    I hope this helps. I just went to google and typed in calories burned massaging and it did bring up a site. Put in your weight and amount of time and press calculate. I weigh 222 and for a 60 min massage i would bur 372 cals.

    Looks like I'm not going to be able to eat all my calories on Saturday if I'm going to be massaging as much as I think I will...
