Well... Just wondering if anyone gets like this?

When I start to watch my diet and exercise, I just get too scared to go over calories and I tend to just not want to eat anything.. or I sit there and debate forever what I can eat with x amount of calories left.

    i do sometimes, but then i remind myself that if i dont eat enough, i'll just gain fat.

    Haha I am like this, I always say a little over is ok or at least I say that to other people but inside I am like, STEP AWAY FROM THE BANANA.

    I get like that too. Some days are worse than others.
  • I used to do that but as soon as I seen more weight falling off when I made sure I ate my calories I changed the way I thought about it. Expecially if your working out/exercising! Fuel the fire and eat! Good luck to ya! :)

    Yes, I am somewhat obsessive about what I eat and checking calories. I drive my family crazy right now. I hope that it will get better as I gain confidence in my decision-making.
