inner thigh and tummy

hey im david
bit of a problem
i row on average 9.5km, walk about 7km a day. i dont eat badly, drink alcohol maybe every fortnight.
i just cant seem to tone up my inner thighs and have a couple of inches round my stomach i cant shift.
i do abs exercises for the tummy. nothing seems to work.
anyone help ???
