My name is Keagan and I am 21 years old. I am "new" to MFP and I only say it that way because I am only now getting into a general routine with using it and working out regularly. I am just getting serious about weight loss. Since exiting high school, which was about 4 years ago, i have gone from 115 lbs to 165 lbs. I know that i will never be, nor should ever be 115 again. However, looking back on pictures and such i feel i was the healthiest and most happy looking when i was around 135- 140 lbs. So that is my ultimate goal! I dont care how long it takes, because to me this is a lifestyle change that I hope to continue for the rest of my life. I am hoping that using MFP will help me start my journey and get to a steady and healthy weight. I have to admit that I have a hard time at self motivation and just recently have found a program through work that will allow me to work out vigorously 3 times weekly with a group of my work peers. I am very excited about this but having not done extensive exercise in the past 4 years it is turning out to be qutie challenging~! I will not stop!!!! But hopefully I can find sources of encouragement that will keep me focused!!!
Looking forward to a fresh start and better me!!!!
