Just wanted to say hello. Found the app and downloaded it to my phone.
For me just keeping a log of what I eat keeps more honest than in the past. I've lost close to 60 lbs on my own but have been having a hard time breaking through this plateau.
Current Stats are 251.5 lbs, 36-38 waist depending on style/designer of pants.
I feel that I am in fairly decent shape and ran my first Warrior Dash back in June. I lift and do Metcon work outs 3-4 times a week, with two other days of more traditional lifting. I also try to get 10-12 miles a week in jogging.
