Ripped in 30!!!

I have completed 3 full rounds of P90x in the last year, finishing my 3rd round last week. As much as I LOVE P90x I was looking to change things up and find something that was a little less intense. So I picked up Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30. All I can say is that the only thing that is less intense it that it is only 30 minutes a day instead of an hour a day. That girl is hardcore. Now I did dramatically increase the weights from 3lbs to 15lbs because I personally don't believe in women lifting dinky little pansy weights. It is a really good workout and has freed up more time for running. If you haven't tried it already, it is definitely worth the $10.

I love ripped in 30 also :-) I can only do 5 lb weights (15 is insanely impressive!).. I try to push myself to use 8 lb weights on the bicep workouts but I'm definitely not there yet. Ripped in 30 is definitely one of her more hardcore workouts. I also LOVE Burn Fat Boost Metabolism which is a cardio blast (no weights) and is 45 minutes long.
I tried P90X very briefly and just didn't like the videos. The JM videos are more visually appealing to me and make it easier for me to commit to. They seem "friendlier" even though they are still intense.0
