Just wanted to say hi and love the forums and site already. I have lost 88 pounds in about 18 - 22 months. I have a bad back and have to say after all the treatments, drugs, etc. losing weight has been the best thing every and really gave me my life back. I am looking to actually gain some weight but have issues doing so now due to my exercise routines. I am a really healthy eater but walk, run and bike several miles each week and people think I am sick.
Looking for good information and sharing on healthy eating and exercising and staying healthy. Doing calorie tracking to check my in and out of my daily calories.

If you are looking to gain weight, I wouldn't do so much cardiovascular routines. I don't know how bad your back is but I would recommend trying out P90x. You feel amazing after doing it, and its a hell of a workout.
Good Luck0
