Newbie Here

Just wanted to say hi and love the forums and site already. I have lost 88 pounds in about 18 - 22 months. I have a bad back and have to say after all the treatments, drugs, etc. losing weight has been the best thing every and really gave me my life back. I am looking to actually gain some weight but have issues doing so now due to my exercise routines. I am a really healthy eater but walk, run and bike several miles each week and people think I am sick. :(

Looking for good information and sharing on healthy eating and exercising and staying healthy. Doing calorie tracking to check my in and out of my daily calories.

  • If you are looking to gain weight, I wouldn't do so much cardiovascular routines. I don't know how bad your back is but I would recommend trying out P90x. You feel amazing after doing it, and its a hell of a workout.
